Denver real estate in the Park Hill area is located in the northeastern quadrant of Denver. It is bordered by Colorado Boulevard on the west, East Colfax Avenue on the south, Quebec Street on the east, and East 52nd Avenue on the north. The City and County of Denver further divide it into three administrative neighborhoods, South Park Hill, North Park Hill, and Northeast Park Hill.
First developed in the early 1900’s, the area has a variety of architectural styles. These include, but are not limited to, Queen Anne Victorians, Denver Squares, Mediterranean, Spanish and Craftsman style homes. Wide streets, large trees, and beautiful boulevards typify the Park Hill neighborhood. The neighborhood is diverse and progressive, boasting an active neighborhood association.
Well situated in the city of Denver, the Park Hill area is close to many cultural attractions. City Park, Denver’s oldest park, is located at 23rd and Colorado, as well as the Museum of Nature and Science, the Denver Zoo and the City Park Golf Course. The close proximity to the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, the Anshutz Medical Campus, and Rose Hospital keep the area dynamic and youthful.
