Allow me to introduce myself... My name is Jesse Sehlmeyer. I am the owner/broker for Vintage Homes of Denver, Inc., a company operating in conjunction with Metro Brokers.
I grew up in Denver and currently live in Old Littleton. I have been married for 5 years to my wife, Ocean, and we are the proud parents of Meredith and Georgia.
I hold a degree in accounting as well as business management. I have been licensed in the State of Colorado as a real estate agent since 2001, and I upgraded my license to that of a Managing Broker in 2005. I am an active participant in the real estate community, being a member of such organizations as the National Association of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors, the Greater Denver Association of Realtors, and the Realtors National Marketing Institute.
I work under a strong code of ethics not commonly found in the real estate field. I believe in personal service, conscientious dealings, and honesty. My goal is to be sure that my clients sleep well, knowing that I am managing what may be a stressful time for them. I have a long line of satisfied clients, who keep me occupied with a continuous stream of referrals.
I am constantly educating myself on the ever-changing world of real estate. This includes changes in trends, interest rates, marketing techniques, Denver's buyer/seller preferences, financing strategies, and even construction costs.
My passion is having clients who go through this process feeling as though they had a partner, not simply an agent.
